By using R U Smarter? you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform. We may update these terms at any time — continued use means you accept the changes.
2. What the Platform Does
R U Smarter? lets domain experts submit questions to frontier AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini), flag failures, and earn money when those failures are verified by a community of validators.
3. Content You Submit
All questions, answers, annotations, and associated content you submit become the intellectual property of R U Smarter? upon submission. See our Data Ownership Policy for full details. Do not submit content you don't have the right to transfer.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and a human (no bots). You must represent yourself accurately — fake domain credentials will get you banned.
5. Payouts & Credits
R U Smarter? operates a two-tier compensation system:
Credits (ongoing earnings): Credits are earned for every contribution — submitting questions, writing correct answers, rubrics, and validating other submissions. Credits accumulate in your account and can be redeemed for cash compensation at rates communicated at time of redemption.
Cash payouts (verified fail bonus): When your submission is verified by 5+ expert validators in your domain, you earn a cash bonus based on how many models failed. Payout amounts are communicated directly to you upon verification.
Validator earnings: Approved validators earn credits for every review completed. Validators who consistently vote with the majority verdict earn bonus credits on top of their base rate.
We reserve the right to withhold payment for fraudulent, low-quality, or policy-violating submissions. We determine what counts as a verified fail. Payouts are processed manually and we will contact you at your registered email.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting AI-generated questions
- Colluding with validators to fraudulently verify fails
- Creating multiple accounts
- Submitting harmful, illegal, or privacy-violating content
- Reverse-engineering or scraping the platform
7. Termination
We can suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms. Pending payouts may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
8. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, payout amounts, or AI model behavior. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
